Where the company came from

DBS Cooling Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd began in 2011 as Chuyuan Machinery in Wuzhong District, making air-to-air heat exchangers. It was rebranded DBS in 2017 and moved into a purpose-built 12,000 m² base in Wujiang, Suzhou.

Today the company builds environmental control units for telecom operators, storage integrators, grid utilities and medical OEMs in more than sixty countries.

Chuyuan Machinery founded in Wuzhong District, producing air-to-air heat exchangers.

Capacity expanded for precision sheet metal and aluminium/copper coil processing.

In-house R&D and production of the full environmental control unit range begins.

Low-GWP refrigerants by default

The range has been migrating away from high-GWP refrigerants as market approvals allow. R134a is retained only where an existing certification or customer specification requires it.
